What You’ll Do:
As a PCB Assembly & Micro Soldering Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring top-notch production quality. Here’s a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:
Manual and Automated Assembly: Bring your expertise to both manual and automated assembly processes, helping to create efficient and precise products.
Micro Soldering & Automated Test Equipment: Showcase your skills in Class 3 and micro soldering while operating test equipment to maintain product integrity.
Inspection & Repair: Contribute to our commitment to quality by carefully inspecting and repairing products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Machine Setup & Maintenance: Keep the production line running smoothly by performing machine setups, feeder repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Board Assembly Expertise: A solid understanding of board assembly processes, standards, and product flow.
Quality-Centric Mindset: A commitment to delivering high-quality work, focusing on soldering standards, SMT systems, and precision.
Micro-Assembly Skills: Proficiency in micro soldering and detailed assembly tasks, including wire bonding.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and ensuring a smooth production flow.
Work Schedule & Pay:
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime encouraged)
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on your experience
Qualifications:
Experience: Four to five years of relevant experience, including strong proficiency in Class 3 soldering and micro-assembly.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
