What You'll Do
• Experienced UX designer to lead research and UI design efforts with the goal of creating internal efficiencies
• Ability to transform user needs and conceptual ideas into practical design solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, upskill internal team in UX design best practices
• Create prototypes that effectively communicate design intents and serve as tools for user testing and feedback
• Design Salesforce mockups using the Salesforce Lightning Design System

What You'll Bring
• 5+ Years UX design experience
• Experience working with design systems
• Looking for someone who can take ideas from inception all the way through to detailed design specifications, ready for engineering implementation
• Figma experience preferred
• A strong self-starter with ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently
• The ability to lead research efforts (research plans, personas, journey maps, usability testing)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $45 to $55/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
