Unicorn SaaS startup providing an AI-powered platform for their customers to collaborate on contracts is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven, hard-working team recognized across multiple leaderboards for its culture and innovation! Provide strategic, proactive support to the CEO to leverage his time to focus on highest priorities in partnership with the Chief of Staff who you will report to. Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a C-level of a high-growth startup is preferred. Hybrid role based in San Francisco, ~3 days/week in-office with some travel required with the Executive. 140-170K+ DOE + equity, competitive benefits, 401k, flexible PTO, wellness & phone reimbursements, paid parking & more!

Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the CEO's daily operations, including complex calendar management, travel, expenses, and emails.
- Provide support in our San Francisco office, handling logistics for meetings, ensuring seamless remote event setups, greeting guests, and assisting with occasional event management.
- Take a strategic approach to calendar management, aligning the CEO's time commitments with company objectives and defined priorities.
- Help the CEO's meetings run smoothly, with prep docs, notes, and follow-up.
- Thoughtfully execute key in-person gatherings, such as customer visits, Board Meetings, and team offsites.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience, preferably in high growth, high expectations environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload. You can keep track of multiple complex projects at once.
- Extreme detail-orientation. You triple-check your work and sweat the details.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Team player mentality. You are eager to support the team. You're service-oriented and love delighting teammates with thoughtful communication and consideration.
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and are comfortable interacting with all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Able to distill complex information quickly.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related relevant areas.
- Availability to work in our San Francisco office at least three days a week, with potential for increased presence as required. Willingness to travel occasionally in support of the CEO.
