Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, programs, and accreditations) for inside and outside sales teams.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, inclusive of the Onboarding program, and continuously improve processes and strategy based on feedback and data analysis. Prioritize and execute in line with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Develop and deploy a sales enablement strategy that supports Aramsco's go-to-market strategy. Define and prioritize initiatives to level up the salesforce.
- Collaborate on sales enablement content, including developing videos, graphics, and digital media design.
- Provide analysis and monitor sales performance/results using data, and take action to improve or accelerate sales.
- Solve problems by digging into the details to determine root causes, quantifying impact, and pursuing impactful solutions.
- Align and collaborate with marketing, product management, and technology leaders to develop launch strategies and supporting actions
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and roll out targeted programs.
- Ensure skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organization.
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales enablement initiatives.
- Drive progress towards KPIs such as:
- New hire ramp
- Sales team goal attainment
- Pipeline creation
Qualifications:
- Preferred- MA/MS/MBA or Equivalent experience
- Required- Experience in sales enablement, sales training, education development/delivery, or similar function.
- Required- A deep understanding of sales methodologies and experience in the development, documentation and training of sales processes
- Required- Experience leading a broadly defined project.
- Preferred- Project Management Certification.
- Required- A consistent record of high-impact success.
- Required- Skills to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.
- Required- Collaborative nature.
- Required- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Required- Ability to travel across North America (10-20%) with overnight stays.
