Position Overview:
The Director of Brand Strategy will play a critical role in shaping and executing Bucked Up's national branding campaigns, sponsorships, expos, trade shows, and supporting activations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that elevate our brand, expand our market presence, and drive customer engagement across all channels. Additionally, the Director of Brand Strategy will lead a team dedicated to executing these initiatives and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive national branding campaigns that align with Bucked Up's brand vision, mission, and goals.
- Oversee the strategy and implementation of national sponsorships, ensuring they align with brand values and deliver maximum ROI.
- Develop and execute a strategy for participation in expos and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Management:
- Design, plan, and execute large-scale branding campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of branding initiatives across all touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.
- Sponsorships, Expos, and Tradeshows:
- Identify and secure strategic sponsorships with celebrities, events, and organizations that resonate with Bucked Up's target audience.
- Develop and manage activation strategies that maximize exposure and engagement at sponsored events, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- Plan and oversee Bucked Up's participation in expos and tradeshows, including booth design, staffing, and promotional activities to create memorable brand experiences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Brand Positioning:
- Lead efforts to refine and articulate Bucked Up's brand positioning in the market, ensuring it resonates with current and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Drive innovative branding strategies that differentiate Bucked Up from competitors and build brand loyalty.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for executing branding, sponsorships, expos, and tradeshow initiatives.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of all initiatives under the brand strategy umbrella.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly report on campaign performance, sponsorship outcomes, expo and tradeshow results, and overall brand health to senior leadership.
- Utilize insights and analytics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in branding efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful national branding campaigns, sponsorships, and event management.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, experiential marketing, and event management strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software.
