Urology Physician

Join a dynamic team in a busy hospital setting, providing essential urology services. This locum tenens position offers a flexible schedule with the option to extend. Schedule: * Start Date: January 6, 2025 * Contract Length: 13 weeks, with extension possible * 24-hour weekday call, Monday 7 a.m. to Friday 7 a.m. * 4-8 shifts per month Practice Setting: * Inpatient services at a Level II Trauma Center * Full hospital support staff available * Busy environment serving multiple facilities Procedures and Cases: * General urology cases, including inpatient rounding and emergencies * Possible cystoscopy, stent placement, kidney stone treatment * Consultation for Foley catheter placement * Rare testicular torsion cases Requirements: * Board Certification required * Active PA license or IMLC accepted * Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred Travel and Accommodations: * Recommend flying into Pittsburgh and driving to DuBois (approx. 2 hours) * Lodging and travel expenses billable Location: * Experience the charm of Pennsylvania, with easy access to natural attractions and a supportive community atmosphere.
