Compensation: to $175k plus bonusJob Overview – Manager of Consolidations & Reporting – 33263Job Overview: The Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager will lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of all SEC filings. This role involves managing the consolidation of financial results across our global entities while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to team development, providing coaching and mentoring to foster career growth within the department.Key Responsibilities:Financial Consolidations:Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes for global operations.Ensure accurate elimination of intercompany accounts in consolidated financial statements.Oversee the financial close process to guarantee timely and precise reporting.Review and analyze financial results for accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with regional finance teams to validate financial data, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.SEC Reporting:Lead the preparation and submission of SEC reports Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures.Coordinate with external auditors for the review and audit of financial statements.Internal Controls and Compliance:Enhance internal controls over financial reporting to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.Partner with internal and external auditors to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.Drive continuous process improvements in consolidations and financial reporting.Team Leadership:Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals.Promote a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.Collaborate with the technical accounting team and other accounting functions.Special projects, as assigned.Required:7+ years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting.2+ years’ experience in a leadership role.5+ years of experience in consolidation processes in complex environments.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with financial reporting software.Global experience a plus.Prior public accounting experience a plusAbility and willingness to work 3 days in office and 2 days remoteAdditional Job Details#li-Hybrid#li-Mid-Senior Level #li-KM1About our ProcessWe will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
