Compensation: To $165K.Job Overview – Senior Controller – 33203The Senior Controller will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the manufacturing organization's accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position will lead and mentor the accounting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. The Senior Controller will sit in North Meck with regional travel to site location. RequirementsLead and mentor the accounting teams across the organization.Develop and implement processes to strengthen the group’s controllership function.Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close processes and other key accounting activities.Collaborate with the VP of Finance on strategic projects, including system unification and finance department transitions.Ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.Work closely with the FP&A team to enhance reporting and financial analysis.Ensure compliance with financial regulations at local, state, and federal levels.Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, payroll, and other tax requirements.Drive process improvements that utilize technology to increase efficiency and enhance internal controls.Manage inventory accuracy and oversee cycle count processes.Implement and ensure compliance with SOX regulations across the organization.Ensure proper governance and oversight of payroll in collaboration with HR.Coordinate and manage audits, including preparing required documentation for external auditors.Professional Experience/QualificationsRequired:CPA certification with strong GAAP knowledge.Experience in a global company and manufacturing environment.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.Preferred:Experience with in Public AccountingPrior experience in a publicly traded company.Knowledge and experience with SOX compliance and maintaining internal controls.Additional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy: #li-Hybrid Seniority Level: ExecutiveLinked In Poster: #LI-TC1About our ProcessWe will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
