Description

The Growth Marketing Vice President will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead the development and implementation of strategies that drive accelerated revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing. This role is focused on expanding B2B client acquisition and enhancing brand visibility to support JumpCrew's Growth as a Service (GaaS) model, which provides comprehensive sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to B2B companies seeking to grow. Key responsibilities include demand generation, content strategy, and the implementation of diverse digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

The ideal candidate possesses strong B2B sales and revenue-generation expertise, hands-on content creation skills and creativity, including extensive experience aligning marketing with sales to achieve budgeted revenue targets in a fast-paced and changing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership: This leader will be the liaison to the C-suite, partnering with cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance to ensure alignment on growth objectives and cohesive implementation.
  • Develop and Implement Growth-Focused Marketing Strategy: Create and manage a full-funnel marketing strategy, ensuring accountability in marketing spend by capturing and organizing data to optimize messaging, channel selection, and timing of investments.
  • Drive Qualified Lead Generation: Increase qualified leads through the implementation of both push and pull marketing tactics, along with strategic influencer engagement, all grounded in a deep understanding of the buyer lifecycle.
  • Craft Competitive Positioning and Messaging: Develop competitive positioning to ensure JumpCrew's messaging addresses market needs while highlighting differentiated value propositions.
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Alignment: Oversee GTM planning by aligning sales and marketing on target opportunities, value propositions, and engagement strategies, creating a cohesive outreach experience.
  • Manage Digital and Content Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the planning and implementation of digital and content marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and accelerate client acquisition, including thought leadership, demand generation content, and social media.
  • Direct SEO and Organic Growth Strategy: Drive SEO strategy to expand organic reach, enhance site traffic, and ensure alignment of SEO practices with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Insights for Continuous Optimization: Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, continuously optimizing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage Marketing Team and Agency Partners: Manage a small and agile team of marketing professionals, including an Advertising agency of record supporting corporate branding and public relations efforts.


Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing scalable marketing strategies in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating agility in responding to market changes and leveraging limited resources to drive growth and brand awareness.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B-focused organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, search engine optimization, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue and client growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
