Position Summary
Organization: PB & J Family Services
Location: 1101 Lopez SW, Albuquerque NM 87105
An Off-Campus Work-Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award
PB&JFamily Services, based in Albuquerque's South Valley is interviewing for astudent to work part time supporting Administration, Human Resources and FundDevelopment program.Minimum of 20 hoursper week based on your availability: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
Excellent opportunity to obtain Administrative, Human Resources and FundDevelopment experience.
PB&JFamily Services is a large child abuse prevention and treatment program with 4sites throughout
Bernalillo & Sandoval County and more than 75 employees. The agency relieson a small Development Department.The student that is selected will betrained with responsibilities including:
•Provide Administrative and project support
•Assist with the coordination of various events
•May also assist with the creation and design of agency collateral materialsuch as newsletters, annual reports, information brochures, electronic media,power point presentations etc.
•May manage donor database and ensure information is current and updated. Run reports on donors and track
giving histories as well as monthly quarterly report on donations toagency.

•Organizational Skills
