Salary:

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of the leading manufacturing companies in Las Vegas.

 It is essential to have the ability of learning our company products, culture and be an active listener to resolve issues. In addition, be a liaison between customer service and technical support department.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer services calls, emails, chat, and inquiries.
  • Demonstrate outstanding service to identify the source of the caller’s issue and create return authorization invoice as well as superb follow up process with customers regarding any issues.
  • Experience with Windows applications-Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort spreadsheets)
  • Mandatory to have 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer needs are primary focus on every conversation to better execute their challenges with light technical support
  • Have the ability and willingness to tend to any other tasks as assigned by administration.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a politely and professional manner
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
  • Excellent written and spoken English language communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues
  • Vigorous multi-tasking skills (e.g., able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously)
  • Demonstrate an adequate understanding of all company products and services and answering customer needs
