Role Purpose:
The Office Experience Manager & Executive Assistant will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of the Brewery. This high-energy, proactive individual will enhance our positive, welcoming environment, ensuring the office is well organized, running smoothly and efficiently, and fosters a positive environment for a highly productive, fast-paced office while supporting executives and leaders with general admin tasks.

The Office Experience Manager & Executive Assistant will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of the Brewery. Accountabilities & Impact:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
- Administrative & Organizational: Proactively identify issues and work towards resolution (i.e. meeting room conflicts, calendar conflicts, supplies and resource planning). Handle sensitive topics and data and operate under strict confidentiality.
- Travel: Arrange travel and accommodation to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics for all team members. Create and manage itineraries in multiple time zones
- Program Ownership: Birthday Celebrations (Plant Leadership Team, Individual team members: Birthday cards, Birthday Roundtable planning, communication & execution). Anniversary Celebrations: Plant Leadership Team. Town Hall planning, communication and execution. Committee Event planning and support (i.e. Safety, Employee Experience etc.)
- Expenses & Budgets: Conduct analyses and prepare operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

- Office Management- including ad-hoc ordering all office supplies, uniforms, snacks, stationery, and gifts.
- Associate degree
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels
- Proven time management skills (prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines)
- 3-5 years' experience
