Real Estate Administrative Assistant (Industry experience required!)

We’re looking for a friendly, driven, and highly organized real estate administrative assistant to join our high-producing, fast-paced team in Colleyville. Your job would be to answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member, manage the office environment, manage social media postings, and a myriad of many other real estate marketing and administrative tasks. You’ll also work with the team to coordinate special events and schedule vendor lunch and learns. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, and a knack for customer service, and is basically a "Jack of All Trades".

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY!

Compensation commensurate with skill level and experience.

$40,000+ DOE

• Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team

• You would be responsible for maintaining the office environment, which includes making sure it is always an inviting experience for both the team and clients and that supplies and supply room are well organized
• Create listing and buyer appointment packets for agents
• Creating gift baskets for client closing gifts
• Event planning
• Social Media management
• Maintain various reports using MS Excel

• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
• Communicates well, both verbally and written
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager

• Social Media marketing experience a plus
• Canva experience preferred
• Must be a team player
