Our client is a non-profit. They seek a temp Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Answer the main office phone and direct callers
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Respond to emails and other correspondence
- Coordinate conferences and travel arrangements
- Draft letters, reports, and other documents
- Update information in databases and spreadsheets
- Produce meeting agendas and take minutes
- Prepare for meetings, including setup and catering
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- Familiar with the non-profit industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Strong time-management skills
- Skilled in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
