- As the Senior Administrative Assistant you will provide high level administrative support for an individual, group of professionals, or an executive level position. You will independently perform non-routine administrative functions such as coordinate events, conduct research, prepare reports or handle special projects. This position will draft and edit correspondence, promotional materials or presentations. You may monitor operating budget and maintain financial records, and handle non-routine inquiries and issues from internal and external sources. Additional responsibilities include: Responsible for the logistics associated with hiring process within Success Factors. Serve as International Students and Scholars liaison. Manages department website and hallway digital monitors. Create fliers and execute logistics for seminar speakers. Supporting the planning and execution of various events including research seminars, graduate open house and other recruiting events, alumni award events, and others throughout the year. This position also provides general administrative support to the executive leadership team, including supporting a variety of office functions including the UniTime conference room scheduling. Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant to the Department Head as needed.
