Description
The Quality Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing) Will:
Develop and continuously improve processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to uphold quality standards.
Foster a culture of quality by engaging employees in their role in maintaining high standards.
Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
Respond to shop-floor quality events and manage corrective actions effectively.
Prepare for and support customer and industry assessments.
Maintain industry certifications, including AS9100.
Collaborate with all departments to enhance internal and delivered quality performance.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences. Experience in quality management or continuous improvement within aerospace manufacturing. Experience in a quality manager position - ideally 2 plus years Proven leadership and team motivation skills. Strong proficiency with quality tools, including APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and Auditing. Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 standards is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word. Local to Jaffrey, NH
