Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of HVAC service technicians.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement service schedules and plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee the training and development of service technicians.
• Manage service contracts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor and control service department budgets and expenses.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Local presence in Los Angeles, CA.
• Stable work history with a proven track record in HVAC service management.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Extensive experience with large-tonnage applied HVAC equipment, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
