Our client is at the forefront of designing and manufacturing specialized heavy equipment attachments for OEMs in various industries, including construction, resource, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, and road maintenance. They are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join their innovative team!
This is a fulltime position which can be based out of Nevada or Arizona.

- The Business Development Manager is tasked with driving Weldco's long-term success by acquiring new business and expanding the company’s market presence.
- The role is responsible for strategic new client relationship building, understanding market needs and effectively positioning Weldco's products and services to achieve business goals and objectives.
- A key responsibility is the ability to effectively articulate the benefits and technical specifications to potential clients.
- Identify, evaluate and actively pursue new business opportunities to drive expansion and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business.
- Develop tailored solutions that meet client needs through collaboration with cross- functional teams.
- Proactively manage multiple accounts and business development projects successfully.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and inform decision-making
Previous experience in B2B sales (ideally related to heavy industry) is required.
