Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a physician (MD or DO) for Emergency Department coverage in Spooner, located in northwestern Wisconsin near the Minnesota border. PHYSICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES / FACILITY DETAILS * Physician (MD or DO) for PRN locum tenens ER coverage * 12 and 24 hour shifts available * Trauma Level IV with an annual volume of 7700K (21 patients per 24 hours * EMR is EPIC with Dragon PHYSICIAN QUALIFICATIONS * Wisconsin medical license and DEA * Board certified or eligible with current Emergency Medicine experience; any board accepted including ABPS * Medical residents are not accepted at this time * Required life supports include ACLS or CALS (waived if ABEM certified), ACLS, and PALS * COVID/Flu Vaccination Requirement: Preferred but not required.
