Service Assistant

This position’s will assist the Service Manager and Service Advisors with the following: booking recalls and warranty work, the final closing of repair orders, will serve as a backup in the Service Drive on high traffic days and when Team Members are out. This position will also be responsible for cleaning, moving, and assisting with the organization of vehicles within the Service Department. There will be additional duties assigned by the Service Manager as needed.

The position also plays a huge role in assisting with Guest’s needs and priorities. The ideal candidate will make Guest Satisfaction their number one priority. We are looking for an individual who is extremely personable and Guest oriented. Must be hardworking, honest, and be a Team Player with a positive attitude.
