This role is pivotal in managing relationships with institutional investors, placement agents, and other stakeholders in the real estate and private equity sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.Communicate regularly with investors to inform them about fund performance, investment strategies, and market conditions.Build and maintain strong relationships with placement agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.Prepare and present reports, presentations, and updates for investor meetings and conferences.Oversee the capital formation process, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment goals.Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform investment decisions.Develop and manage the investor communication framework, including newsletters, updates, and press releases.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in investor relations, with a focus on funds, real estate, and private equity.Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level investors.Experience working with placement agents and brokers to facilitate capital raises.Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits- Competitive salary ($150,000 - $300,000/ year DOE)- Extensive benefits (medical, dental, vision)- 401k match- Generous PTO- Retirement plans- Growth opportunitiesFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
