The Position
The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales team and other internal departments to support the organization with marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to manage a range of marketing projects including digital, social media, email, content, SEO and web development. The Senior Marketing Manager will create and implement a cohesive marketing plan to promote the company's products and services and will help position it as an expert in the space.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies to increase our dominance in current and potential markets.
- Perform customer, competitive, and market analysis to identify opportunities for value creation and competitive advantage.
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google AdWords to enhance brand awareness and drive inbound lead generation. Monitor and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Lead HubSpot and Salesforce integration to streamline processes, improve marketing and sales alignment and enhance lead management and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in the redesign of the company website, prioritizing UX/UI improvements and SEO best practices.
- Develop engaging content tailored for the company's target audience, including case studies, blogs and videos for use on the website and social media platforms.
- Configure marketing automation campaigns in HubSpot to automate lead nurturing, segmentation and personalized marketing communications to drive sales funnel progression.
- Setup HubSpot and establish a lead scoring model to prioritize leads for sales engagements based on customer behavior and engagement with marketing materials.
- Manage marketing operations: troubleshoot and maintain the marketing automation platform's health and its integration with Salesforce.
- Follow marketing best practices and produce regular KPI reports aligned with business objectives and marketing goals, with the ambition of continuous improvement.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track website performance and generate reports with actionable insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness and position the company as a leader in its industry.
- Plan and execute digital and in-person events, including tradeshows and webinars. Coordinate event logistics.
- Track, manage, and optimize social media channels to increase customer engagement and brand awareness, grow followership, drive traffic, and effectively promote content.
- Partner with the sales team and other internal departments to improve lead generation, increase conversion, and conduct lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
- Proven ability to leverage Salesforce data to drive strategy, build reports and track key metrics.
- Motivated to work independently in a growing organization.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience (experience in B2B software is an asset).
- Minimum college-level education in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related program. University education is preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- Constant learner, team player, and enthusiasm for personal growth.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT and Teams)
- Experience with HubSpot or any comparable marketing automation platform (Experience with HubSpot is preferred)
- Google Analytics (Google Data Studio/Looker is an asset, but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms

- Aptitude to learn new technology systems and software as needed
