Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager Intern will assist/ lead the marketing team in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies for River Light FC. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand promotion, and campaign management while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital ads.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage the organization's social media accounts by posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Brand Collaboration: Assist in coordinating partnerships with influencers, vendors, or collaborators to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
  • Event Promotion: Support the planning and promotion of marketing events, including product launches, sponsorship activations, and community engagements.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in creating and distributing email newsletters, managing mailing lists, and tracking email performance.
  • SEO & Website Management: Work with the team to optimize website content for SEO and ensure it aligns with marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and understanding of social media best practices.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, email marketing software, or content management systems is a plus.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for marketing and an interest in learning about brand management and digital strategies.
