The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for managing mail, shipping, reception duties, and supporting office operations by maintaining the breakroom, conference rooms, and Ricoh printers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving tasks.
- Perform reception duties, welcoming visitors and managing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness in the breakroom and manage conference room setups as needed.
- Serve as the key operator for Ricoh printers, ensuring they are functional and serviced as required.
- Follow business casual dress code and adhere to office protocols.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic physical ability to manage tasks without extensive lifting, standing, or walking; assistance available for lifting over 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in a mailroom or office support role is advantageous.
- Friendly demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent service.
