Place of performance: Philadelphia Navy Yard (also known as the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, (PNBC).
Hours of Operation: 7:00 P.M to 4:00 P.M, five days per week, Monday through Friday, except observed Federal holidays.
Duties:
The Project Manager (PM) will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the contract. Provide overall onsite management for HVAC equipment and system maintenance services, including boiler systems, chillers and chilled water systems, cooling towers, control systems, and exhaust fans, for all equipment located at various NSWCPD Government buildings. Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostic Service Visits, Corrective Maintenance Level I Repairs, and Corrective Maintenance Level II Repairs EDUCATION & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or University and/or Experience, Five (5) years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment and systems. Have five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager, including contract and subcontract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, and progress. BENEFITS:
