We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our food and beverage manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, providing training and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor production metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment.
Ensure machinery is in good working order and minimize downtime.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all internal and external food safety regulations and standards.
Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and quality control measures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
Pay Details:
$750,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
