Position Title:

Role Objectives:
The Planner, Operations & Inventory will manage specific domestic ordering and processing for the US domestic market transactions. The role will include working closely with our Sales team to support orders, ensure special pricing has been approved and that allocations are in place to support orders. This individual will manage order processing, reviewing weekly allocations report to ensure product is available, and interface daily with our 3PL to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in the consumer products industry.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure domestic orders are processed through our 3rd party warehouse systems as well as our own internal systems on a daily basis.
• Review outstanding orders on a daily basis, working with team to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
• In conjunction with the Sales Account managers, work through chargebacks and provide detailed information to dispute incorrect charges.
• Liaise with relevant Account managers for the release / cancellation of orders, pricing discrepancies or ship window changes.
• Liaise with our 3 rd party warehouse and customers where required of any alterations to specified delivery dates and negotiate alternative solutions.
• Work closely with the allocations team to ensure product will support required availability dates.
• Communicate with our 3rd party warehouse for order fulfilment and tracking of shipments to ensure on time delivery.

Work Hours
8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am - 3:00pm, Friday
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.
Moose also provides flexible working options.
Salary Band
USD $70,000-$78,000
Physical Demands
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
• Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
• Light to moderate lifting is required
• Frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required
