Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform month-end closing procedures. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and prepare financial statements. Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial analysis to inform business decisions. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and client invoices. Ensure compliance with tax filings and other financial regulations. Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal controls and enhance financial processes. Assist in preparing for external audits and liaise with auditors as needed. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles. Expertise in QuickBooks Online is required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA designation (or working towards it) is a plus. Experience in the food and beverage, or retail industries is preferred. Benefits:
