Job Description
Assist in managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Oversee at least one ground-up building project. Collaborate with teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Maintain communication with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards. The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager. Proven experience in the construction of apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and/or universities in the DMV area. Demonstrated success in managing projects with a value of at least $20 million. Proficient in Excel and all MS Office programs. Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Sage 300 Timberline, and Textura is preferred. What's on Offer
Base salary: $70k - $85k, plus up to a 10% annual bonus. 20 days PTO plus sick days. 100% paid health insurance for the employee. Hybrid work flexibility after a 90-day onboarding period (1 day per week remote). Tuition reimbursement, education loan repayment, 401(k) matching, and 529 college savings plans. No car allowance/mileage reimbursement.
