Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Projects - MD is responsible for:

Assist in managing construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. Oversee the construction of various projects, including apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools (K-12), and universities within the DMV area. Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Projects - MD will have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager. Proven experience overseeing at least one ground-up building project with a minimum value of $20 million. Familiarity with construction processes and standards specific to the DMV area. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and all MS Office programs. Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Sage 300 Timberline, and Textura preferred. What's on Offer

The Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Projects - MD will receive:

Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Up to 10% bonus potential 20 days PTO plus sick days 100% paid health insurance for the employee Hybrid work flexibility after a 90-day onboarding period Tuition reimbursement, education loan repayment options, 401(k) matching, and 529 college savings plans.
