POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Data Program Manager to support portfolio management, operations and process development for the expanding Global Data and Analytics organization in alignment with strategic goals. This role involves strategic program reporting for leadership and establishing and continuously improving organizational standards and processes to optimize project delivery and collaboration across the team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program and Portfolio Management:

• Oversee portfolio view of the data and analytics organization to support leadership and decision making

• Track and report on strategic project progress, risks and outcomes. Measure efficacy through KPIs and metrics, deliver program health, and mitigate identified risks across the portfolio.

• Support establishing operational and strategic reporting across data and analytics team

Process Development:

• Establish and implement standardized processes and procedures that enable collaborative and effective ways of working

• Ensure consistency and quality across team processes and handoffs

• Drive project lifecycle, ensuring goals and objectives are identified, documented, measurable, and achieved.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with data senior leadership to establish organizational practices and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and requirements

• Provide regular updates and communication material to senior management on portfolio status and process improvements

Continuous Improvement:

• Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Implement process improvements as needed

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Project management

Process improvement

Communications through a variety of mediums

Understanding of agile methodology and processes

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with data and analytics practices and organizational capabilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or Analytics, Statistics, or similar degrees

5+ years experience in project management, data analytics, IT or in a different related field

Experience with project management, process documentation and improvement, and understanding of data and analytics organizations

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point

Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI
