POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts of the organization by analyzing and interpreting data related to talent acquisition. This role involves leveraging data to optimize recruiting strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure the effectiveness of global recruitment processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Reporting
:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for the Global Talent Acquisition team and TA Leadership to guide decision-making and strategy.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in recruitment.
Recruitment Strategy Support
:
Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the recruitment process through data analysis and benchmarking.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance global recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and sourcing channels.
Market Research
:
Conduct research on global talent markets, including trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis using Talent Insights tool.
Provide insights on emerging recruitment trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive in attracting top talent.
Candidate Experience Enhancement
:
Analyze candidate feedback and recruitment process data to identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience.
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to implement strategies that enhance the overall recruitment experience.
Collaboration & Communication
:
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align recruitment strategies and practices with organizational goals.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including HR partners and hiring managers.
System & Tool Management
:
Manage and optimize recruitment technology tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics platforms.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in recruitment systems.
Compliance & Best Practices
:
Ensure compliance with global and regional recruitment regulations and standards.
Stay updated on best practices and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
Track all immigration matters and work with outside counsel on immigration cases.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications or related software
Ability to collect and compile relevant data

Extremely organized with great attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to change quickly
Works well independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (Linked In, Handshake, DE, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience on a Global Talent Acquisition team in a similar or related role.
