You will be leading operations, taking projects from conception to completion, and managing a large team.

Lead role in overseeing all operations all commercial roofing projects Coordinate a workforce of over 50 roofers and sheet metal workers Deliver projects from initial quotation through to job completion Manage multiple projects at one time, valued to over $2m Company Overview
Established in 1934, the company are a 3rd generation commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor who have been successfully operating for more than 80 years.
They employ over 60 people and generate $18m working throughout the tri-states of Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. The company culture is vibrant and family centric. It's a place where everyone works together and you will be valued and supported.
Their work encompasses all aspects of new roofing construction, re-roofing, repairs, roof system maintenance, and metal wall panels. They work directly with private customers on projects ranging in value from $50k - $4m with a split of 80% flat and 20% pitched roofing.
Key Requirements
3 years minimum Project Management experience Leads from the front and does whatever it takes to succeed Degree qualified in any subject
