We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This individual will play a critical leadership role in supporting the company’s continued growth by driving process improvements, overseeing all general accounting functions, and partnering closely with senior leadership and project teams.

Job Details Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation strongly preferred Proven expertise in accounting systems with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Hands-on experience with ERP systems and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies and internal financial controls
