What You'll Do:
The Site Merchandising Specialist will be a key member of the Digital team, helping to define and deploy best-in-class customer experiences on our owned digital platform and across our eCommerce partners. Our website is more than just a shopping experience; it also represents the pinnacle expression of our brand. As such, you will support the execution of a strategy that unites product, content, and commerce in a way that engages consumers and drives high-converting shopping experiences.
This position will be based in person at our Salt Lake City, Utah Headquarters. How You'll Help Us Win: Work strategically with other Merchandising Specialists and Sales leaders to execute a category merchandising strategy across our eCommerce sites, including but not limited to promotions, product launches, and campaigns. Manage the tactical product lifecycle across our eCommerce sites, including SKU and content setup. Brief PDP (Product Detail Page) assets to the Creative team as defined by the eCommerce style guide, aiming to educate customers and drive conversion. Adjust product positioning on-site and take the lead in campaign SKU curation in accordance with sales objectives and inventory positions. Execute strategies that align with category P&L and growth targets, collaborating with internal finance teams on year-over-year comparatives and forecasting. Partner regularly with Demand Planning and Allocation teams to ensure adequate inventory levels for launches, campaigns, and day-to-day operations. Identify and address data gaps, driving solutions where needed. Monitor SKU-specific site and sales metrics closely, taking a deep and consistent view of product performance at the campaign level (traffic by source, conversion, etc.). Use reporting insights to identify trends and suggest recommendations to cross-functional partners, such as Product Management, Marketing, and Demand Planning. Partner with Digital Product leadership and IT to improve front-end and back-end eCommerce functionality as it relates to site merchandising. What You'll Need to Succeed: Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; Business concentrations preferred. At least 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. At least 2 years of experience with technical site merchandising in eCommerce. Ability to deliver results in an evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional team members. Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on retail math and a working knowledge of Excel. Experience with data visualization tools is strongly preferred.
