Job Responsibilities
Under limited supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the recruitment to hire process aligns with institutional goals and is efficient, equitable and complaint. The Human Resource Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the Human Resources Division in providing comprehensive support to a diverse range of functions including, but not limited to the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, assisting with the College's classification and compensation program, assisting with engagement and retention program and serving as a Title IX Investigator. Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and experience in Human Resources. Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED: A bachelor's degree and experience in human resource. An in-depth knowledge of academic recruiting/talent acquisition, classification and compensation, employee engagement and retention programs and employee relations a plus. Title IX related training or certification through a nationally recognized organization. Knowledge of Title IX, Title VII, Clery Act, and VAWA. Additional Comments
