Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Manager to manage ground-up construction projects for new Target stores in the Raleigh area.
This opportunity is full-time, direct-hire, and has great pay and benefits!
Duties: -Prepare bid packages for subcontractors and suppliers. -Develop accurate estimates and project budgets for commercial projects. -Generate approved estimates for customer contract creation. -Approve bids and create project schedules. -Coordinate pre-construction meetings and oversee project execution. -Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. -Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. -Review costs and approve subcontractor/vendor billings. -Address and resolve project issues with job superintendents. -Manage change requests and oversee project completion.
Compensation: -Annual salary between $100,000 - $150,000 -iPad, phone, laptop -M/V/D benefits, PTO

Qualifications: -4-year degree preferred -Previous experience managing ground-up Target builds, or tilt-wall construction -Ability to manage several projects at a time -Proficient in MS Office programs, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project -Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
