Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead large-scale concrete tilt-wall and ground-up construction projects, with the ability to manage large commercial builds, from site development through structural build-out and transition seamlessly into the interior fit-out phase. The ideal candidate is skilled in overseeing the entire construction lifecycle, from budgeting and scheduling through completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met at every stage. This role requires a collaborative leader with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple project stakeholders and adapt plans as needed to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing all aspects of concrete tilt-wall and ground-up construction from site prep through structural completion and interior fit-out. Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure that projects are completed within financial parameters. Scheduling & Planning:

Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules to coordinate all phases of construction, including site development, structural work, and fit-out. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Ensure that all work meets or exceeds company quality standards, project specifications, and local building codes; manage inspections and compliance documentation. Risk Management:

Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and adjust project plans as needed to stay on track with objectives and timelines. Subcontractor & Vendor Management:

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work throughout all project phases. Team Coordination:

Work closely with superintendents, engineers, and project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, providing regular updates on project status, budget, and timelines. Transition Management:

Coordinate and oversee the transition from structural completion to interior fit-out, ensuring a seamless handover with no impact to quality or schedule. Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in concrete tilt-wall and ground-up construction. Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of tilt-wall construction methods, structural components, and commercial fit-out processes. Project Management:

Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction schedules and budgets from ground-up construction through interior fit-out. Communication & Leadership:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, work with clients, and manage multiple project stakeholders. Problem-Solving:

Resourceful problem-solver with a strong focus on achieving project milestones and resolving site issues effectively. Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Certifications:

PMP, LEED, or OSHA certifications are preferred but not required. Software Proficiency:

Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and familiar with scheduling and budget-tracking tools.
