Manage healthcare interior projects, including outpatient centers (surgical centers, physical therapy/rehab facilities, physician offices, dental offices, senior living facilities, etc.) Serve as the single point of contact for projects from preconstruction to closeout Oversee and manage scopes of work, ensuring timely project completion within budget Provide preconstruction input; experience with proposals is preferred but not required Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and brokers to drive project success Exude professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring a positive and lasting relationship MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

7-10+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on healthcare interiors Experience in preconstruction is a plus, but not mandatory-willingness to learn is essential Proficient in reading and discussing blueprints and scopes of work Excellent communication skills with a client-facing demeanor Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex healthcare projects Desire to grow within a company with long-term stability and opportunities for development What's on Offer
