Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing retail and fast-food construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits, manage construction documents, and maintain accurate project records. Support the Project Manager in addressing challenges, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards. The Successful Applicant

2-5 years of experience in construction management, with a preference for retail or fast-food project experience. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel out of state 30% of the time. Proficient in construction management software, scheduling tools, and document control. A team player with problem-solving abilities, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred, but not required. What's on Offer
