LHH Recruitment Solutions are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team at. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior analysts and finance team to support various financial functions.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and insights.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
