Your Role: Clinical Research Associate - Field Monitor
(Animal Health)
Join our team as a Clinical Field Monitor in Animal Health, where you'll ensure cutting-edge studies meet top-quality standards and global regulations. Your Responsibilities:
Manage and support multiple clinical trials/studies for farm and companion animals, ensuring adherence to protocols and providing comprehensive assistance to scientists. Monitor clinical studies in animals, including pivotal safety and effectiveness assessments, while ensuring data integrity and quality. Prepare and ship clinical trial/study documentation and regulatory documents, verifying drug accountability and managing query communication with study sites. Independently assess compliance with study protocols by interacting with Investigator sites or third-party contract facilities, address QA audits, and oversee routine activities such as site recruitment and training. Collaborate across R&D teams, contribute to project planning, and demonstrate leadership by fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values, delivering innovative solutions, and facilitating accurate project forecasts. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education : Bachelor's degree in a science or health related field and/or 5+ years of applicable experience or a Master's degree in a science or health related field with 3+ years of applicable experience Required Experience :
A minimum of
5 years of experience in Clinical Monitoring experience in animals Experienced in monitoring multi-site clinical field safety and effectiveness studies in client-owned animals, while possessing effective communication skills and a working knowledge of computer applications and basic animal health concepts for contributing to project plans.
