Your Role:
Quality Assurance Associate
As a quality contact for the Elanco Affiliate organization, the Quality Associate is responsible for day-to-day quality oversight / support to Elanco products storage and distribution in the US market. The person will ensure that the operations of the affiliate comply with applicable company quality standards and local regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist management in assuring that all operations of the affiliate comply with Elanco Quality Manual and other applicable company quality standards and local regulations. Be responsible for product quality related matters, escalate any local product quality related issue to the Quality Manager and collaborate in any local action to be taken as a result of that. Ensure that quality deviations and change controls are properly communicated, raised and approved. Provide support on the Quality oversight to Elanco third party warehouses. Demonstrate continuous improvement and minimize risk by a routine self-assessment, corrective, and preventative actions (CAPA), and use of a Quality Plan. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent expertise and work experience Experience:
At least 2-5 years experience in a GxP environment. Skills needed:
Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks and timelines and display proper skills in communicating effectively in written and verbal form. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Experience in GMP environment Experience with SAP, Document Control systems and CAPA systems Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices Demonstrated Resilience Problem solving using previous experience and risk analysis. Additional Information:
