Location: Kansas City, MO -- (Remote)
Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Purpose:
The primary role is to provide technical support and knowledge to the Leadec operations team for for recruiting on technical and non-technical positions. This role with support Leadec's recruiting team and onboarding processes including external job postings, phone screening, scheduling of interviews, and assisting with onboarding paperwork as well as supporting onboarding activities during new business launches or as needed. This role will help identify opportunities for continuous improvement while providing technical support to the recruiting and operational team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively leads by example and coaches Team Members to abide by all Leadec onboarding processes. Maintains relationships with Leadec colleagues and customers Effectively maintains day to day processes in ADP RM Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to the manager. Participates in training sessions, launches and onboarding support. Provides sourcing support to operations, job postings, reporting, scheduling for full cycle recruiting Provides Technical Support to ADP RM end users and applicants Maintains monthly Recruiting Dashboard, Sharpoint and assists in compiling data for monthly invoices Operates within the Leadec Values (Professionalism, Respect for Individual, Colleagueship, Openness, Reliability and Integrity) to promote an overall positive culture. Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary. Requirements:
Proficient in all Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Effective interpersonal communication skills. Ability to learn industry standards and best practices. Strong work ethic. Assist as need in high volume recruitment Possess a strong customer service mentality. Intermediate computer skills. (Microsoft Office) Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to work independently Ability to travel up to 25% as needed Actively seek out and participate in Career Fairs Active Social Media Recruiting Maintain Recruiting Documents on Leadec's SharePoint Physical Requirements:
