Responsibilities
Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in the company's financial operations by overseeing the financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting functions. You will collaborate closely with various departments and directors to ensure accurate financial data, insightful reporting, and effective budget management. Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and key performance indicators. Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Collaborate with department heads to gather budget input, create budget proposals, and monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year. Monitor and assess variances between actual financial results and budgeted figures, investigating discrepancies and providing recommendations for corrective actions. Participate in the development of financial strategies and initiatives to optimize the firm's financial performance and operational efficiency.
