Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to lead and oversee key initiatives within our home improvement product division. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining timelines for the successful delivery of programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, an understanding of consumer packaged goods, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities: Program Strategy & Planning: Define and communicate the strategic direction for programs within the home improvement product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to refine and adjust program goals as necessary to meet market demands and business needs.

Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, supply chain, sales, and operations to execute program deliverables. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and resolve any program-related issues. Act as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries, updates, and decisions.

Project Execution & Risk Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple projects within a program, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively take corrective actions to mitigate delays or budget overruns. Ensure that quality standards are maintained across all deliverables throughout the program lifecycle.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report program progress through key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and regular status meetings. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions. Continuously assess program performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Resource Management: Manage and optimize program resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of team members, budget, and materials. Monitor resource constraints and adjust plans accordingly to maintain program timelines and objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance program effectiveness, and adopt best practices. Stay informed of trends in the home improvement and CPG industries to bring innovative solutions and ideas to the program management process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role in a CPG or manufacturing environment, ideally in the home improvement or consumer goods industry. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering results. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc.).

Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to drive solutions under pressure. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing priorities or requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with home improvement or construction-related products. Familiarity with product lifecycle management and supply chain processes within the CPG sector. Proficiency in data analysis and program performance tools. #LI-AS1
