Staff Services Manager I (Supervisory) - Hybrid Telework

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II of CONREP Operations in the Community Forensic Partnerships Division (CFPD), the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) directly supervises the Conditional Release Program (CONREP) Operations, Fiscal Support Unit and works in a team environment to supervise three Associate Governmental Program Analysts and one Health Program Specialist I responsible for CONREP Operations fiscal support and activities. The incumbent will be responsible for oversight of program contracts, budgets, and invoicing. The incumbent must have the ability to work independently, must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, as well as engage with a variety of stakeholders (including clinical, operational, and executive) utilizing impeccable interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, strong leadership and team collaboration skills are required for this position. Infrequent for program reviews and stakeholder meetings may be required.

Working Conditions DSH-Sacramento is located at a new 11 floor high rise building. The work hours for this position will be set sometime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The majority of the essential functions of this position may be performed via telework and/or flexible scheduling in accordance with DSH PD 5338. There are two required days in the Allenby building at 1215 O Street, Sacramento, CA. This is a Sacramento-based position.
