Job Summary:
The Project Manager-Acclaim is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Projects include, but are not limited to, Strategic Initiatives, Quality and Performance Improvement, and Research. The Project Manager-Acclaim will assist the specified department with business and/or operational support, define and develop operational and clinical performance measurements, and develop tools for consistent report generation, management and monitoring. Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities: Manages departmental projects across the entirety of the project lifespan to include assisting in the development and/or implementation of project evaluation tools. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for project results, resolving any issues and solving problems throughout project life cycle. Partners with stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing. Manages project scope by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approved. Tracks and reports project milestones and provides timely status reports to organizational leaders. Collaborates with department to assist with the interpretation and understanding of specified project results. Creates comprehensive operational and financial models. This includes, but is not limited to, detailed impact assessments based on changes in market strategies, alternative pricing structures, expansion of MD and support staffing and service line development. Builds and maintains current operational reports for the department and other stakeholders. Prepares and analyzes financial, operational and quality reports for the department and other stakeholders in a timely manner. Supports clinical and operational performance and continuous improvement through modeling, analytics and the utilization of lean six sigma tools. Reviews, analyzes, generates and reports on a variety of departmental data. Assists in tracking and trending data to include comparisons to benchmarks, pointing out anomalies and/or using other analytical tools. Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited college or university. 3 plus years of work experience in project or operational management in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 2 plus years of experience in a leadership role.
OR Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited college or university. 1 plus years of work experience in a project collaboration capacity. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited college or university. 5 plus years of work experience in project or operational management in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 3 plus years of experience with project management tools and /or software packages. Project Management Certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
