Education

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program Master's Degree Experience / Qualifications

Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Demonstrates high quality case management abilities and clinical competency from previous experiences in patient care. American Heart BLS/ACLS Certification for Health Care Providers. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer services skills. Position Summary

The Clinical Coordinator works in collaboration with physicians and patient care team members to deliver health care services to patients and families.

Responsible for the provider scheduling and coordination of weekend and overnight call coverage and duties. Clinical resource and leader for other clinicians covering PAM in collaboration with the supervising physician. Responsible for service recovery and clinical inquiries from patients. Help manage and navigate patient follow up requirements and needs pertaining to specialists, advanced imaging, and pre-operative clearances. Upholding all clinicians in the PAM setting to quality standards and protocols collaboratively put in place by supervising physician and leadership. Assists in maintaining proper equipment and resources for providers to provide the highest quality of care and ensuring standardization across all centers. Responsible for facilitating onboarding and training of new Provider team members to include credentialing and protocol paperwork. Maintaining Provider team member folders to ensure updated competencies and licenses. Assisting in aiding any additional training or refresher session for providers to uphold all skill sets. Oversite and coordination of all organizational projects Provides direct patient care as assigned to meet center's needs. Travel between centers is required. Teamwork is an essential part of working at PAM; therefore, the Center Lead accepts secondary responsibilities within the department to support that teamwork.
