Job Duties
:
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors Perform Bank reconciliations; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare reports/journal entries as needed Bank deposits for various accounts and multiple entities Process billing using accounting software Invoicing vendors Data Entry HUD contract compliance Manage the finances of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Perform certain property management functions Perform other related accounting duties as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Required. Proficient in Excel. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking skills Experience with HUD, Medicaid, and Social Security is a plus, but not required Machines, Tools, Equipment, Software and Hardware:
Ability to operate phone, computer, and other office equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Physical Requirements:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry,
push, pull or otherwise move objects, including human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
